1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck44a platform, including the website at ck44a.bet, all associated games, betting services, payment processing features, promotional offers, and any related services made available by ck44a ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ck44a and you, the registered user ("Player", "you", or "your").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. ck44a reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts that are found to have been created by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any balance within such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ck44a Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via third parties — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ck44a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify ck44a support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be stored in an insecure manner on shared devices.
• ck44a recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication or additional login security features where provided.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have notified ck44a of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.
• ck44a may require identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time and may freeze account activity until such documentation is satisfactorily provided.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ck44a support. Any remaining balance in a verified account in good standing will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after all pending wagers have been settled. ck44a reserves the right to close any account that has been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable balance treatment rules.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck44a Platform are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). ck44a does not accept foreign currency deposits. All amounts displayed on the Platform, in promotional materials, and in account statements are denominated in BDT.

Deposits

The following deposit methods are accepted on the ck44a Platform:

• Mobile wallet transfers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods are processed in real time and credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing times for bank transfers may vary and are subject to the policies of the receiving bank.
• Visa and Mastercard where available. Card transaction fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit on the account, or to a verified account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ck44a reserves the right to request KYC verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending may be held until the review is completed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover conditions for each bonus are disclosed at the time the offer is presented.
• ck44a targets processing of standard BDT mobile wallet withdrawals within minutes of approval. Processing times for bank withdrawals may be longer, subject to the policies of the recipient bank.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck44a offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim a single offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated at the time the bonus is offered.

ck44a does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional offer at any given time. All promotions are offered at the sole discretion of ck44a and may be withdrawn, amended, or suspended without prior notice, subject to the rights of players who have already accepted and commenced wagering on an active offer.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Conduct

ck44a employs fraud detection and monitoring systems and reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears irregular, inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or in breach of these Terms. The outcome of any such investigation may include immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Intellectual Property
